Shipping Methods
We ship via FedEx (Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, etc). Shipping costs and options are listed when you check out. You will be notified via e-mail (providing you supplied a valid e-mail address that is not blocked or filtered) when your order has shipped. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS
of the credit card for all first time orders unless the billing address is a PO Box. 30 days after the first order has been shipped and received, we can ship to other locations, such as your place of work address provided you are using the same credit card as your first order.

Shipping Time
All orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday). If you were to place an order for Next Day Air on a Friday before the shipping cut off, the package would be delivered the next business day which would be Monday. If you order AFTER the cut off time on Friday, the order would be shipped Next Day Air on Monday, and be delivered on Tuesday.
Please keep in mind it is impossible for either the factory or us to stock every known shock option for every year and make of car. If your selection is not a stock item for either us or the factory, it will have to be SPECIAL ORDERED. Please allow up to21 days for special order items to be produced.
Note: If you order a special order item, and choose Next Day Air or another expedited service, the item will be shipped out Next Day Air or otherwise, AFTER the production lead time.

Where We Don't Ship
We do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States and its territories.

Returns
All returned items will be charged a 10% restocking fee with no exceptions.
Any shock CANNOT be returned once they have been installed. You may take them out of the package to inspect components or even hold up to compare with your existing shocks or suspension. Once you install your shock it is yours to keep. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have any concerns whether our shocks will fit your vehicle, please take all proper measurements and compare them with our product before installing.
Before returning any items, you MUST CALL the order desk at 1-888-789-7610 or 1-760-477-8526 for return authorization.
All returned items must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
Items returned without a copy of the invoice or not in their original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
After 60 days, all returns will be issued a store credit only, no cash refunds, no exceptions.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 90 days, no exceptions.

OffRoadShocks.com will replace an item which is DEFECTIVE OR SHIPPED OR LABELED incorrectly and pay the return shipping charges. We cannot see your vehicle, if you have questions or you are unsure, please call us, that is why we are here.
If you received the correct product and you would like to return it, you are responsible for the shipping charges for the package, both ways. No shipping charges will be refunded.

There are no returns on special order items, no exceptions!
